Inland Revenue Act not in accordance with constitution: SC

The Supreme Court has determined that certain clauses in the new Inland Revenue Act are not in accordance with the constitution, Speaker Karu Jayasuriya informed Parliament this morning (4). නව දේශීය ආදායම් පනත් කෙටුම්පත ව්‍යවස්ථාවට එකඟ නෑ සංශෝධිත දේශීය ආදායම් පනත් කෙටුම්පතේ වගන්ති කිහිපයක් ආණ්ඩුක්‍රම ව්‍යවස්ථාවට අනුකූල නොවන බව ශ්‍රේෂ්ඨාධිකරණය විසින් දන්වා ඇති බව කථානායකවරයා පාර්ලිමේන්තුවට දැනුම්දී තිබේ.
